William N. Mabus
Vice President, Development
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

William N. Mabus serves as vice president, development for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Mr. Mabus has been working with the Crescent team on development projects since 2000. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the marketing of the Ritz Carlton Phase I and building the Ritz Carlton Phase II.

Mr. Mabus has been involved in real estate development for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Crescent, he served as president, development for U. S. Restaurant Properties.

Mr. Mabus received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
