C. Robert Baird
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

C. Robert “Cris” Baird joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC in August 1999. He is senior vice president and general counsel for the company and its affiliates. In this position, Mr. Baird oversees all of the company’s corporate, transactional, and asset management legal work, and advises management on all legal matters affecting the company.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Baird was employed by Tandy Corporation (now RadioShack Corporation) from 1996-1999. While there, he served as a real estate attorney and supervisor of lease negotiations.

Mr. Baird is a member of the Texas State Bar. He has delivered presentations or written articles for the Building Owners and Managers Association, CLE International, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Mr. Baird received both a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah.
