Eric S. Siegrist
Vice President, Leasing
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

Eric Siegrist serves as vice president, leasing, of Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Mr. Siegrist joined Crescent in November of 2004. As vice president, leasing, Mr. Siegrist is responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of the Houston office portfolio. The Houston office portfolio consists of over 10.3 million square feet, , including Houston’s largest office campus, the 4.3 million square foot, ten-building complex, Greenway Plaza and Post Oak Central, a 1.3 million square foot, three-building suburban campus in Houston’s Galleria submarket.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Siegrist began his career in commercial real estate with Jones Lang LaSalle in August 1998. Over the span of his six-year career at JLL, Mr. Siegrist is credited with closing $362 million in lease transactions covering more than 1.5 million square feet for clients including Crescent and LaSalle Investment Management.

Throughout the next three years, working directly for Crescent, Mr. Siegrist completed or oversaw an additional one million square feet of transactions with an aggregate lease value exceeding $205 million, including the following noteworthy transactions: 

• $74 million, 10-year, 185,000 square foot deal with Citicorp; 
• $42 million, 15-year, 86,000 square foot transaction with Shook Hardy & Bacon.

Since Mr. Siegrist began overseeing Houston suburban office leasing, he and his team have generated $258 million by way of 1.4 million square feet of transactions.

Mr. Siegrist holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota. After graduation from the United States Air Force Academy, he served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force for seven years, completing tours of duty as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (IBMC) Launch Officer, Recruiting Officer and Pentagon Staff Officer.
