Frank G. Staats

Frank G. Staats joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC in 1999 and is vice president property management, Houston Center. Mr. Staats oversees Houston Center, a 3.5 million square foot mixed use real estate development project located in the Houston central business district.

Mr. Staats began his career in property management in 1982 with Gerald Hines Interests as a property accountant. He joined Houston Center in 1987 and has moved progressively through the organization, being promoted to general manager of the complex in 1999.

Mr. Staats is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a MBA degree in finance from the University of Houston. Mr. Staats is chairman of legislative affairs of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a member of the Downtown Houston Association, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and Central Houston Association.
