James H. Wilson
Managing Director, Assagement
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

James H. Jim Wilson joined Crescent in January 1999, and serves as Managing Director, Asset Management. His responsibilities include oversight of 36 properties with approximately 17 million square feet of office and retail space in Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Houston and Las Vegas.

Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Wilson served as general manager of Houston Center, Crescents 4 million square foot mixed-use complex in downtown Houston. Before joining Crescent, Mr. Wilson managed 1 and 2 Houston Center for Kennedy-Wilson, a Chicago leased multi-discipline commercial property management company. He also managed other third-party accounts for Kennedy-Wilson, including South Texas College of Law and industrial properties in Dallas and Houston.

Mr. Wilson is a native of Houston and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1977, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is active in several professional organizations including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He serves on the Boards of Central Houston and the Downtown Alliance. Mr. Wilson holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
