James H. Wilson
Senior Vice President, Property Management
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

James H. "Jim" Wilson joined Crescent in January 1999, and serves as senior vice president, property management. His responsibilities include oversight for property management of approximately 12 million square feet of office and retail space in Houston and Las Vegas.

Prior to assuming the role of vice president, Mr. Wilson served as general manager of Houston Center, Crescent's 3 million square foot mixed-use complex in downtown Houston from 1986 to 1999. Before joining Crescent, Mr. Wilson managed 1 and 2 Houston Center for Kennedy-Wilson, a Chicago leased multi-discipline commercial property management company. He also managed other third-party accounts for Kennedy-Wilson, including South Texas College of Law and industrial properties in Dallas and Houston.

Mr. Wilson is a native of Houston and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1977, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is active in several professional organizations and serves on the Boards of Downtown Houston Association, the Houston Chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and The Tax Research Association. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and serves on the Texas Association of Realtors Legislative Congress.
