Michael S. Lewis
Managing Director
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

Michael S. (Mike) Lewis joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC in August of 1994 and oversees all leasing initiatives on a company-wide level.

Before joining Crescent, Mr. Lewis was employed at Transwestern Property Company where he served as a leasing representative for several institutional owners. Prior to Transwestern, he was involved in various partnerships including consulting, re-development and financing of joint venture partnerships with TLS & Associates.

Mr. Lewis serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at Dallas County Reclamation and Utility District, as a Fundraising Committee member at Rise School of Dallas, and he is a member of The Real Estate Council. A former board member of the Lee Park Conservancy, Mr. Lewis has been named multiple times to the Dallas Business Journal's Top 10 Heavy Hitters List.

Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Texas at Austin.
